About Stacy

Originally from Edina, MN, Stacy Schoenig Knox moved to Vail in 1992 following her graduation from the University of Kansas. Inspired by her father’s career in commercial real estate, she earned her license and began her professional journey in Vail Village. Over the last three decades, Stacy has established herself as a seasoned expert, spending time in the Vail, Cordillera and Edwards markets.

Having raised her two daughters in the Vail Valley, Stacy has an intimate understanding of the region’s unique lifestyle. After 22 years in West Vail, 14 years in Edwards, she recently moved down-valley to Eagle, where she now enjoys the sunnier climate and small town charm. Her deep roots and extensive local knowledge allow her to provide clients with a comprehensive perspective on the diverse neighborhoods throughout the Valley.

When she isn't assisting clients, Stacy enjoys the quintessential Colorado outdoors, from skiing Vail Mountain to boating at Wolford Reservoir. Stacy remains a dedicated resource for those looking to find their own piece of the mountains, whether it’s a primary residence or a vacation retreat.
