About Bill

Bill fell in love with Colorado at an early age, venturing west for ski vacations with his family starting when he was just 6 years old. After finishing his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University, Bill would not be satisfied sitting at a desk. It was then that he decided to move to the mountains. Bill has called the Roaring Fork Valley home since 2005. During that time, he has worked in the hospitality industry helping guests at some of Aspen’s finest hotel properties, to working at one of Aspen’s most beloved local establishments as the General Manager and Sommelier.

After nearly 20 years working in hospitality, it was time for a change. Bill joined Slifer, Smith, and Frampton in the spring of 2021 to begin his career in real estate. “One thing that I love about real estate is that every deal is different. Different challenges to overcome and different needs to meet.” Bill has a keen eye for detail that serves his clients well when it comes to selecting their property. His ability to problem solve and think outside the box to find creative solutions is an asset to his clients.

When he’s not working on a deal for his clients, you can find Bill enjoying all that life in the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. In the winter, skiing with his wife and kids, hiking the bowl at Highlands, or cruising the Nordic track at the Snowmass Club. In the summer, mountain biking on Snowmass, golfing, and going on hikes with the family. “Let me show you why I love calling the Roaring Fork Valley home.”
