About Rachel

Rachel Viele is a top-producing Vail Valley real estate broker specializing in luxury resort properties throughout the Vail Valley. In 2025, she was the second highest-producing broker at Slifer Smith & Frampton FORBES Global Properties, closing more than $78 million in sales volume. She was also recognized by her peers with the company’s top marketing award. Based out of the Four Seasons Vail Village office, Rachel brings extensive experience in the luxury resort market, representing buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types including condominiums, single-family homes, ranches, acreage properties, and commercial real estate. Over the past five years, she has successfully closed more than 80 transactions throughout the Vail Valley. Among her notable transactions, Rachel represented the seller of the highest-selling penthouse ever recorded at The Arrabelle at Vail Square in Lionshead Village, closing at $17,600,000 and setting a record price of $4,140 per square foot. The sale received national coverage in The Wall Street Journal.

In 2024, Rachel represented the seller of a $12,000,000 Lake Creek residence.

In 2023, Rachel represented the seller of 814 Potato Patch in Vail for $15,000,000, the highest sale in the history of Potato Patch and the highest price per square foot ever achieved in the neighborhood. She also represented the buyer of a Spraddle Creek estate in Vail that closed for $17,500,000.

Additional notable sales include the 2022 sale of an Edwards acreage property for $11,000,000, as well as the 2021 sales of a Solaris penthouse for $12,500,000 and an Arrabelle residence for $10,750,000.
